(au) Oshitari Yuushi was raised by his widowed father and grew up loved and priviledged. His father, a well-known and respected politician in Japan's government, founded the Tokyo chapter of London's famed Hellfire Club. His son, in turn, flirted with the idea of joining Tomihana, an institute created to teach mutants to control their powers and co-exist with non-mutants peacefully.

Instead, he created the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle, after an attempt was made to kidnap and ransom him. It comprised of the Kisarazu twins, Ryou and Atsushi, whom he met and convinced to become his personal bodyguards, and his lover, Kamio Akira, a former Brotherhood assassin sent to kill him.

With information given to him by Shishido Ryou, a former boyfriend and best friend from Tomihana, Yuushi has strived to use the Inner Circle to promote balance within the delicate structure that is Tomihana, the Brotherhood, and the Japanese Government.

Now that several events have occurred--the disappearance of would-be lover Saeki Koujirou, his kidnapping at the hands of the late Ohtori Choutarou, and the explosion that killed some acquaintences and threatened to also take his friends--he no longer knows what he is fighting for, or what his next chosen role will be.
